Fall 2024 - Fall semester college classes are ending this month. Please encourage your concurrently enrolled students to finish strong! Remember, an official transcript must be ordered from the college to be sent directly to Records@theaxiagroup.com once grades have posted.
Grades will not appear on the transcript if ordered before grades are posted. For example, Fresno City grades are available on Dec.19th, therefore a transcript should be ordered on or after that date.
Spring 2025 - Families can still submit concurrent enrollment forms to request college classes for Spring. Our CVCS Guide to Concurrent Enrollment contains links and resources to help support you in the process.
Deadline to submit forms for counselor signature prior to Winter Break is this Friday, December 13th!

The BIG List of Academic Adventure Ideas
The schools are enhancing their academic trips this year to make them more enriching and engaging! With a focus on quality over quantity, there will be fewer school-sponsored trips, but parents can still take advantage of OS funds to explore educational destinations with their students. And with a Big List of ideas available, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and making new friends. Sounds like a fantastic way to make the most of the school year!
Academic Integrity
Our school urges students to conduct themselves ethically and honorably. It is expected that the grade a student earns is based on work the student has completed. Teachers can use Grammarly or other plagiarism checker websites. Please review the definition of plagiarism as outlined in the 24-25 School Handbook located on our website under Resources.
