We are thrilled to have your child join our dynamic community this 2024-25 school year as an Early Learning Center Lion at our brand new facility! At the ELC, we believe that every child deserves a joyful and enriching early childhood education. Our dedicated team of educators is passionate about creating a stimulating environment that ignites a lifelong love for learning and sets the stage for academic success, as they have been spending countless hours setting up their new classrooms for a year of F-U-N! We hope you are as excited for the first day of school as we are here at the D123 Early Learning Center!

Below you will find some important "Back to School" information to get ready for the school year.

Orientation will be offered on August 21st and 22nd at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, or 2:30 pm. We kindly ask families to complete the drop-off/pick-up Google Form by clicking HERE. All families MUST complete this before orientation.

Please note that orientation will be approximately 30 minutes to avoid conflicting with drop off/pick-up times for your other children during this busy back to school time. We will review drop-off/pick-up procedures, introduce you to your child's teachers, and distribute the parent handbook during this time.

Sign-ups begin in Skyward Family Access on Wednesday, August 14th at 12:00 pm. Please follow this link to access your Skyward Account: https://skyward.d123.org/

The first day for preschool is Monday, August 26, 2024. Session times are as follows:

AM: 8:40 - 11:10

PM: 12:30 - 3:00

Full Day: 8:40 am - 3:00 pm

The D123 preschool program provides all items needed for snacks, which are provided by Arbor Management and are free of cost to all families. There are no peanut or pork products served. A snack schedule is posted each month on the website, which can be found HERE. If your child has allergies or other food restrictions, please speak with your child's teacher for modified menu options.

All drop off/pick up procedures and bussing information will be discussed during orientation on August 21st and 22nd.

SeeSaw is an app we use to communicate regularly with families and share learning experiences and photos, in conjunction with email. You will receive more information from your child's teacher with steps to gain access.

Families are encouraged to follow the ELC and D123 Instagram pages. Instagram posts may include photos and information at both the school and district level, as well as local community events.
