American Fidelity open enrollment for the 2025-2026 year will be starting February 3th. Please meet with the representative to learn about the benefits of the pre-tax programs, e.g., flexible spending accounts, supplemental insurance, etc. and to complete the enrollment or waiver paperwork. (The I.R.S. Regulations for pre-tax programs require an annual written election or waiver by employees.)

This year we are pleased to continue to offer in-person sessions at all district locations as well as virtual options. Making sure you get the best education you need to make the right decisions for yourself and your family is more important than ever. The virtual enrollment option allows for a guided experience with your account manager using a secure co-browsing platform. In either meeting setting, you will be able to view your options, ask questions, and confirm your benefit selections. It's that easy!

Starting February 28th our Accounts Payable department will no longer accept handwritten mileage forms. Please use the new fillable PDF mileage form that can be located in the TSD Staff Portal.

Once you log in to TSD Staff Portal go to Forms, then Mileage Information.

As a reminder, you should submit only one month of mileage per form. Any forms that are not compliant will be sent back.

New fillable mileage form is available below.
