You can now order your student's Father Andrew White School yearbook! The Remember Me Yearbooks online store will be open through TODAY, 4/12/2022. Each book costs $25.00.

To order your yearbook, follow these steps:

On Thursday, April 14th we have a 12:30pm Early Dismissal with NO AFTERCARE. This begins our Spring Break! We hope you have a blessed Easter!

We will have a pop up uniform swap this Thursday, April 14th in the gym from 12:15 - 2pm. We welcome your donation of clean uniforms in great condition. All used uniforms are offered free of charge, thanks to your generous donations. Thank you!

Over the past year or so we have had to close our traditional water fountains due to COVID concerns. We now have two water bottle filling stations for our students to use. A big thanks to Mrs. Richardson for securing a grant and to Mr. George for installing the new water dispenser.

We encourage all students to bring their own refillable water bottles (labeled with their names).

Please join the 7th grade families at the Leonardtown Winery on April 28th from 5-7pm to help raise money to host the 8th grade graduation reception. Tasting tickets are $10 each. 10% of all bottles of wine sold will be donated. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Please see the flyer below.

Thank you to all who supported our Joe Corbi's fundraiser! We raised almost $1,200 for our Destination Imagination Program. We appreciate Krystle Rossignol's efforts in organizing this fundraiser for us. Thanks so much!

We had a blast at our Crusader Color Fun Run over the weekend. A big shout out goes to our coordinators, Carrianne Downey and Becky Tritschler! Thank you!

What a fantastic Grandparents' Day we had last week! It was a GRAND day! One of our favorite days of the year was finally here!! We welcomed our wonderful grandparents as we celebrated how they help our children bloom. We sang songs, read essays and poems, enjoyed goodies, and played a few games. We truly had a lovely day with our grandparents! A special thank you goes to our Grandparents' Day committee: Ms. Johnson, Mrs. Pietsch, Ms. Tanner-Leake and Mrs. Young as well as the parent helpers, Mindy Stevens and Kristin Wathen who helped keep the food stocked and cleaned up.

A big high five goes to our talented artists and our amazing Art Teacher, Mrs. Gavin who put on a spectacular Art Show. Kudos to our chorus and band students along with our teachers, Mrs. Cacko and Mrs. Etter for a special musical showcase! It was a wonderful evening for the Arts!

A special thank you goes to 7th grader, Reed Stencel and his dad, Matt Stencel for building our new basketball hoop. We are enjoying playing with it! Many thanks!

We ended a very successful Basketball and Cheerleading season with a wonderful Sports Banquet. We appreciate all of the efforts of Tiffani Johnston, Sara Pilkerton, Jen & Scott Tennyson and Lisa & Brian Beavan in organizing and executing the delicious evening of fellowship and celebration! Many thanks to all!!

Spring uniforms are now in effect. Spring uniform shorts are navy blue permanent press shorts with a stitched waistband. The length of the shorts should be no more than 1 inch above mid-knee not mid-thigh for girls and not below the knee for boys. Crew socks are required with the spring uniform. No low cut athletic socks are allowed. Shirts and blouses are to be tucked in at all times and a belt is to be worn with shorts and long pants. Skirts for girls in grade 6 – 8 must also be appropriate in length. See the school handbook to check spring uniform information. Remember that only solid white or solid black tennis shoes may be worn with the school uniform. All other types of school shoes are also to be solid colors, with no colored logos, soles, patterns etc. For safety reasons on the playground, please make sure shoes are secure on children’s feet.

If anyone is getting rid of a shed (approximately 8 feet x 8 feet) in good condition we would love to have it to house our new Art Kiln. Please contact our Art teacher, Mrs. Gavin at fawsart@fatherandrewwhite.org to let her know!

Tuition agreements will be completed electronically via your TADS account. You should have received an email from TADS with a link to login to TADS. There you will complete the tuition agreement, select your payment plan and “sign” your contract. We kindly request you complete your tuition agreement by Friday, May 6th. Thank you!

FAW Multi-Child Tuition Grants are available for families who submitted an application for archdiocesan tuition assistance through TADS. These grants are for both families with multiple children enrolled at FAW as well as those families with one enrolled child and demonstrated need. Please contact Mrs. Szoch or the school office for a grant application, and submit the completed form by Friday, May 6th.

Father Andrew White School has an Annual Giving Campaign, where we reach out to families, alumni, and local parishioners to raise funds for the school. This year, we are raising funds to "Pave the Way for Kids to Play" as we transition the rear parking lot into an enjoyable recess area for our students. Thank you for prayerfully considering donating to this important fund that directly benefits our children.
