November Newsletter

A QUICK NOTE FROM SUPERINTENDENT SOKOLOWSKI
As we come down from our sugar rush, we find ourselves welcoming a new month, November. It is hard to believe that the first marking period is almost done. This first quarter of the school year has been all about adjusting - routines, relationships, responsibilities. With our theme this year of "healing and learning," each month brings me the opportunity to tell you that you're doing a great job! We see and appreciate your efforts with making each school day all that it needs to be for our kids.
One of my greatest joys in this work is visiting schools! I love to see students in action. Recently, I had the pleasure to be a part of the Exton ES Morning News Team. The news team didn't give me much air time, but they assured me that I nailed it.
This month, a number of holidays are celebrated and events are hosted. This week, we observe Diwali, the festival of lights, on November 4th. Later in the month, we embrace a time of gratitude and togetherness with Thanksgiving and end the month with the start of Hanukkah. Please be sure to checkout out our important dates and upcoming events.
