We are grateful for the relatively fine weather this week, especially for our campers out at Vertical Horizon.

It has certainly been a busy week with our staff and children looking forward to a well earned break at the end of next week.

We have a few celebrations with Te Wiki o te Reo Maori, Camp, Speeches and former pupils achieving long term goals in sport.

For the first time ever we were lucky enough to be able to send a team of our talented problem solvers to the EPro8 Competition. During the competition, they are given some technology-based timed challenges and have to get creating. After 3 hours they were tied for third place in this Central Taranaki heat. Unfortunately, they finished 4th in the tie breaker, but we are super proud of what they have achieved! Well done Hunter, Matthew, Madison and Amelia.

What we are doing.

- Relocating junior sandpit areas.

- Relocating dinghy in junior playground.

- Relocating garden beds.

- Placing mulch around school.

Please remember to notify the office if your child will be absent from school. Please state your name, child's name and reason for absence each day. The Ministry of Education treats all absences without a reason as truant.Thank you
