The PTSA is regularly at work "behind the scenes" to support and enhance the Westview community. Here are just some of the ways that we do this:

• provide volunteers for Lunchtime Open Gym most Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school year;

• host a monthly Game Day on the Plaza during lunch with giant Jenga, giant Connect Four and other activities for students;
• arrange visits from therapy dogs for students each week before finals;
• host Field Days during lunch;
• provide refreshments for Principal's Coffee and other school events;
• support staff Pro Grow days; and
• spruce up the Staff Lounge with monthly decorations and small treats.

Your support through your membership, support of fundraisers, and volunteering for events helps make this happen. Thank you for helping us help Westview! 💚

Graduation is just around the corner, and we’re ramping up our fundraising efforts to ensure an unforgettable Grad Nite celebration for the Class of 2025! To make this event truly special for our seniors, we need your help to reach our fundraising goal of $35,000 supporting the seniors planning to attend the event this year.

All funds raised will go directly toward Grad Nite expenses, covering need-based ticket scholarships and bus transportation costs for all students and chaperones. If we reach our full goal, we will also be able to provide some extras for those attending Grad Nite. Your support helps ensure every interested senior enjoys Grad Nite.

We’re asking each family to consider making a direct donation through the Westview PTSA Grad Nite Donation Page. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated, but a suggested gift of $50 or $75 per family can go a long way in creating an amazing night of fun, memories, and celebration.

Grad Nite Form

In order to complete your purchase, you must download the 2025 Grad Nite form found on our website and must return it by April 1, 2025, signed by both the student at a parent/legal guardian. Completed forms can be scanned and emailed to westviewgradnite@gmail.com or dropped off in the Westview front office. Failure to return the form in time may result in cancellation of purchase without a refund.

@stu.powayusd.com - Important information for students

Grad Nite tickets were automatically sent upon purchase to the student email address that was entered in the purchase form. Students must bring their ticket as well as a picture ID matching the full name on their ticket in order to board the bus for Grad Nite.

There are no email accounts associated with user IDs ending in @stu.powayusd.com which means the student cannot access their ticket or any additional important Grad Nite emails. If you entered your school user ID as your email, or if you otherwise have not received a Grad Nite ticket that you purchased, please email westviewgradnite@gmail.com from a valid student email address.
