We made it through another school year, and what a year it was! June was always a time for reflection for me when I was still in the classroom. It was a time to reflect on my teaching, my students, and to also think about the next school year. When I reflect on this year in the Model Schools department, it has been a year of learning, sharing, and growing.

Since taking on the role of Director for Model Schools earlier this year, I have learned so much about the program and the possibilities for the program's future. I am excited for the future of Model Schools and eager to put technology into the hands of students in a meaningful way.

I would like to take a moment to thank Carolyn Strauch for her time here at Questar III. For those of you who don't know, Carolyn is leaving Questar III as of June 30th. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors!

Looking to the future, we will be hiring a Model Schools Specialist to start as of July 1, 2020. the OLAS posting is at the bottom of this newsletter and I encourage you to share it. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and engaging teacher who enjoys incorporating technology in their instruction to join our team. The position is a ten month plus 20 days position.
