Mission Statement: Bryan High School, in partnership with students, families, and the community, provides a student-centered learning environment that cultivates character, fosters academic excellence, and embraces diversity to prepare students for post-secondary opportunity and career readiness.
Dear Bear Families,
February has been an exceptional month filled with accomplishments and new beginnings here at Bryan High School. Our students have demonstrated outstanding achievements, and we're excited to share these moments with you. Let's celebrate the dedication and successes of our Bear community!
State Wrestling Triumphs:
· Bryan High secured an 8th place team finish in an impressive show of skill and determination.
· Abdi Unle made history as our first State Champion wrestler in 24 years.
· Additional accolades go to Cree Soe (2nd), Mohamed Mohamed (3rd), and Khy'ree Thomas-Calloway (5th) for their stellar performances.
Spring Into Sports:
· The season's underway with the start of boys and girls soccer, baseball, boys and girls track, boys golf, and girls tennis.
Speech Team:
· Leading the team with multiple medal wins, Sienna Stone is giving our Speech team the traction they need.
African American History Challenge Winners:
· A round of applause for Jasmine Martinez-Rosas and Tahtianna Hollis—10th graders who secured 1st Place in the competition and will compete at Nationals.
Robotics Tournament Success:
· Our annual tournament was a hub of ingenuity, hosting over 40 schools and a large, enthusiastic audience.
On To College Program Launch:
· All students, with a spotlight on our 11th graders, now have access to targeted ACT Prep to aid in their college readiness journey.
Advanced Academics Celebration:
· More than 600 guests joined us in January to celebrate our students' pursuit of excellence in over 35 Dual Enrolled and AP courses.
JROTC Leadership Excellence:
· With immense pride, we announce Cristian Rojas as the awarded OPS JROTC Cadet Brigade Commander, distinguished as Top Cadet in OPS JROTC.
· Cristian is the 5th Cadet from Bryan High since 1964 to be bestowed with this honor.

Extended Learning Opportunities Turn Dreams to Reality: HOSA (Future Health Professionals) students from all Academies visited Clarkson College, exploring careers in health professions. Students experienced hands-on activities in several health fields throughout the day. We see you, Bears!

Bryan High is employing Operation Start on Time and KIDaccount E-Hall pass to ensure our students are in class and learning!
Our students are utilizing the On To College and ACT Online Prep programs for test, college, and career readiness!
