School Christmas Program
Dear Families,
Our annual Christmas program for the primary grades is Friday, December 9. We will have a show at 1:30pm and a show at 7pm. Both shows are in the gym.
Students in Pre K, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade should wear their Christmas dress clothes for the evening performance only. They should wear uniform clothes for the afternoon. Grades 3-5 will wear their pageant costumes for both shows.
For the evening performance, students need to arrive in their classrooms dressed and ready no earlier than 6:40pm and no later than 6:50pm. We will then gather in the gym for the start of the show. When students in Pre K, Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade are finished with their songs, they will be released to their families. There is a brief intermission after fifth grade sings their songs, and then we will begin the pageant portion of the show. The younger grades are free to leave at this point. Please exit the gym through the narthex doors (by the church).
Students in grade 3 are part of the shepherds and they should wear robes and sandals.
Students in grade 4 are part of the Angel Chorus, and should wear white.
Students in grade 5 are filling out the parts in the pageant.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Dr. Chrisman

ATTENTION ALL FAMILIES ATTENDING CYO SPORTING EVENTS:
Parents, this is a friendly reminder to please bring cash with you to each CYO game that your son/daughter participates in. No gym can operate for free and this small amount of money they receive helps keep the lights on and the gym running. So, please bring cash with you to get into the CYO games. Thanks so much for your support of CYO, your parish, coaches and most importantly your child. Have a great holiday season.

Room Parents Info
Attention all room parents! Thank you so much for volunteering your time, talent and treasure to your students’ classrooms! If you haven’t already, now is a good time to contact your teacher and ask how you can help with a holiday party. The teachers are very familiar with what the students would be capable of or would enjoy. Feel free to ask other classroom parents for help using a sign-up genius and/or having the office send out emails for you. You should also take up a collection to purchase a gift for your teacher from the entire class. If you could use help with anything, please reach out to the PTO at hngiantspto@gmail.com.
