SOCCER AND VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION

Hello Bobcat Family,

Registration for Fall Sports Soccer and Volleyball are now open. The cost for each is $100 this season.

Please note, uniform purchase is not required, we will be wearing the same uniforms as last year. You still have an option to order a uniform if you are a new player or would like a different size than your current uniform.

There is a sign-up within each program based on grade level. Please select based on the grade level your child will be NEXT YEAR in school, i.e. when school starts in the fall of 2022.

IMPORTANT! Registration will ONLY BE OPEN THROUGH JUNE 15TH! Rosters and teams are due to CYC by July 1 this year, so don't delay in signing up, please take care of this as soon as you can.

28th Annual St Charles Borromeo Golf Tournament

Monday July 18, 2022 @ Old Hickory Country Club

· Registration begins at 10:30am (lunch will be available by 11:00).

· Shotgun Start at 12pm

· Format: 4-person scramble

· Entry Fee: $600 per foursome / ($150 per golfer)

o Includes: Green fee, cart, beverages, Lunch, Happy Hour and Dinner

o Also covers: skins and individual contests throughout the course

· Sponsorships available include but not limited to:

o Hole Sponsor – $150

o Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner Sponsorships and many other higher tiered sponsorships available – inquire directly!

ZERO DAYS CAMP AT SCB

We are excited to offer Zero Day camp for kids entering Kindergarten through 5th graders this summer! We are offering camp for two weeks this year! Please see the camp descriptions for specifics! Zero Days Camp will be the first two weeks of August 9am-3pm with Aftercare running from 8am-5pm! Please see the flyer linked below for additional information and to register!

2022-2023 CALENDAR

Please find a copy of our 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR CALENDAR pictured and attached below. We have pulled out some important dates for you to assist with any future planning. One item of note / change from previous years' calendars. Every third Wednesday is marked with an aqua blue square to indicate a 2:15 dismissal for all students. Students who cannot be picked up at this time will be able to stay and care will be provided free of charge. Any students remaining after 3:00 pm will be filtered into our BASK program and BASK rates will apply. This time will be utilized by teachers to work in Professional Learning Communities to further their growth as instructional leaders.

We will be sharing the final version of our 2022-2023 school year calendar shortly. For planning purposes please the following important dates ~

First Day of School...................AUGUST 16 - NOON DISMISSAL

Fall Break..................................OCTOBER 24 - 31

Christmas Break...................... DECEMBER 23 - JANUARY 2

Spring Break.............................MARCH 20 - MARCH 24

Last Day of School...................MAY 26

BASK 2022-2023

We will continue to operate our before BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL KIDS program for the upcoming school year. We will accept BASK enrollment forms for the new school year when school enrollment opens. The form for enrolling in the program is included below. All paperwork can be turned into the main office. While this information is not typically sent out until closer to the start of the new school year, we wanted to provide a complete financial picture sooner than later for those families potentially in need of this care. All families and students are welcome to register for our BASK program at any time throughout the school year. If you have a high school or college aged student who is interested in working in our BASK program we are always looking for new responsible employees as well!

DO NOT forget to stop by the nurses office prior to your child's last day to pick up any medications that should be housed with you over the summer including epi pens, inhalers etc.

CHECKING LUNCH AND BASK ACCOUNTS

THANK YOU to everyone who continues to turn in their BASK and CAFE payments. BASK payments can be made via check made out to St. Charles Borromeo and turned in to the school office. CAFE HELP

We are grateful for ALL OF OUR Cafe helpers. Our first session (11:00-12:00) is a slower pace with K-3 students and is mostly helping open items, pass out disposable silverware and condiments, help kiddos stand in line patiently for recess, and help wipe off tables. The second session (12:00-1:00) is a much faster pace yet has lots of kiddos 4-8 grade in and out of the Cafe in less than an hour. This is mostly monitoring/walking the room and helping wipe off tables. Thank you in advance and thank you to those who have helped in the past and continue to help!

The store never closes but order cut offs are the 1st and 15th of every month. School Delivery will then be after the 8th and 22nd of every month.
