Dear Sixth Grade Students and Parents:

We are excited about our upcoming Outdoor Education overnight experience on Monday, May 8, and Tuesday, May 9! Registering your child for the Sixth-Grade Outdoor Education Trip consists of two tasks.

1. First, sign your child up through the RevTrak Web Store, using your student's advisory teacher.
2. Second, complete the permission and health forms attached to this email and return them to your child’s advisory teacher.

The documents included in this email are intended to provide you with all the information you need regarding Outdoor Education. The Outdoor Education Staff has worked very hard in planning this experience and we ask that you carefully read this information to best understand everything about the program. Please review the following items:
