Approved Public Transit Operating Agreement with MoDOT for $2,002; Special Use Permit for 608 Benton to operate VRBO, SUP amendment @ 300 Milwaukee to provide additional 30 days to comply with permit stipulations; amend SUP process so revocation of permits will follow same process for approval; amend Personnel Policies to clarify language as needed & establish Employee Wellness Program to provide employees working at least 500 hours/year Community Center membership; appropriations.
