Congratulations to the Quarter 3 Cougar Stars! SCHS PTO is proud to support this quarterly recognition event to celebrate our students' accomplishments and demonstration of SCHS's motto "Take care of yourself, take care of each other, take care of this place."

CLASS OF 2023

Seniors - Thank you for your positive attitude and patience during our Grad Nite ticket sales these past two weeks! We are very excited to offer our Class of 2023 the opportunity to attend Grad Nite at Disneyland on June 9th. We have just over 20 tickets left for Ticket Option A, which includes a Disney Park Hopper ticket, admission to the after hours Grad Nite Party in California Adventure, and transportation via school bus to and from the event. Ticket Option A is $260 cash/$267.04 credit card. Your next opportunity to purchase one of the remaining tickets is next Wednesday, March 15, from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. in the Quad. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis. Don't miss out on this memorable senior event! If you have questions, please email pto@schscougars.org.

Beginning Tuesday, many juniors will begin preparing for this year’s SBAC Math test in their math classes. The SBAC Math test is important for individual students (college success indicator, saving on college tuition by placing out of remedial college math courses) as well as for our school community as a whole (CA Dashboard score).

The SBAC Math test will be taken the week of 4/17-4/21! SBAC Math prep materials will be made available to all SCHS juniors so keep your eyes on your email.

Please help SCHS with student goodie bags for state testing!

Each year, the school puts together hundreds of goodie bags to give to students taking these required tests as a fun little way to support the kids. They are a huge hit!

Any help purchasing these items is very appreciated!

Donations must be dropped off in the school office by 3pm Friday March 17th.

Donations may be purchased wherever you normally shop if not through the link provided, but must be the same item listed here. Messages in the goodie bags are tied to these specific items.

Acompañenos a nuestro taller Socio Emocional los martes a las 9:30 a.m. en el Staff Lounge donde aprendara estrategias para apoyar a su estudiante con sus emociones, confianza en si mismos y como guiar a su estudiante a tomar decisiones responsables.

En el taller Acceso Auna Educacion Superior a las 6pm atraves de zoom aprendera sobre los requisitos de graduacion y de admision a la universidad, ayuda financiera para el colegio/universidad y mas.
