Thank you to all the neighbors who came out to vote on the new covenants and by-laws. The new covenants and by-laws passed with 87.6% positive votes and are now in effect. Please contact the HOA Board if you have any questions or concerns

Thank you to everyone who has paid their HOA dues. Our dues help with neighborhood upkeep and improvements. In the next few months, you'll see these changes around Berry Creek:

• Sprinklers will be installed at the back of the neighborhood, in the Shiloh Creek Island.
• 3 trees will be planted at the Shiloh Creek Island.
• New bushes will be planted at the Clubhouse.

A big thank you to our neighbors that have helped with with keeping up with Berry Creek improvements! Thank you to David Schaller for painting parking lot lines at the clubhouse and Nancy Cooper for painting the clubhouse mailbox.

• April 27 from 8am-noon: Neighborhood Spring Garage Sale. Saver's Thrift will be in the neighborhood after noon to pick up any donations.
