Now Available Through OMNI

The District is Now Offering 457(b) Retirement Savings Plans

457(b) plans are tax-deferred retirement savings programs. Employers such as state and local government agencies and certain non-profit organizations may offer 457(b) plans. The District has worked with OMNI, a third-party administrator, to bring this benefit to our employees.

What is OMNI?

OMNI is an independent third-party administrator dedicated to ensuring that 403(b), 457(b), and other employer-provided benefits operate in compliance with IRS regulations. OMNI does not offer financial advice nor does OMNI recommend any particular investment or investment provider.

What do I need to enroll?

First employees must open an account with a vendor before they can complete the salary reduction agreement. There are three vendors to choose from:

To enroll in a 457(b) plan, please complete the Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) on OMNI's website. Go to https://www.omni403b.com and follow the instructions below to get to the FSNBSD SRA form.
