All School Food Authorities that participate in NSLP/SBP must upload current enrollment every month and download the Direct Certification Match Report.

ACTION

The Texas ELMS database has been refreshed. An additional Mid-October Direct Certification Match file is now available for matching. It is recommended that CEs complete a second upload and match report to identify any newly eligible students. Directly certified students will be reported on the SY 2023-2024 Verification Report.

VERIFICATION REPORT

The Verification Report (JotForm) is available for CEs to submit test submissions. All test submissions will be cleared October 31st. Official reporting begins November 1st. CEs may begin completing the Verification Report as early as November 1st, however any CEs verifying applications should complete all verification activity prior to submission.
