On Thursday morning, we had Interquest come to search our school. As a reminder, this is a trained canine team that visits regularly and can detect firearms and gunpowder residue, alcohol, and drugs. They inspected our locker rooms, hallways, and several other areas, and found... absolutely nothing! This is a great testament to our students, families, and community here at OHS!

This week is final exam week! We have half-days for students on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as no school on Friday. An exam schedule can be found below.

Let's finish this trimester strong, and we'll see everyone after Thanksgiving!

Therapy Certification

Our upstairs friend Rudolph received his official therapy dog certification title!

Empowing Students to Serve Club

The ESS (Empowering Students to Serve) club is a new club here at OHS this year - designed to live out our school values in the community!

They spent the weekend Kalamazoo Gospel Ministries working at the thrift store, serving dinner and hosting a party for the kids living there. On Thursday, they delivered baked goods to the Otsego VFW and helped with a cleaning project. This winter, they will also be volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels. Counseling Office Updates

Sophomores will take a field trip to the Tech Center on November 30th to visit 3 programs of their choice. 10th and 11th graders will have the opportunity to request Tech Center Programs for the 24-25 school year through a Google form that will be sent to their emails and the Paw Prints before Winter Break.
