Upcoming Fall Growth Assessments for Grades 3-5
All Virginia students in grades three through eight will take the Virginia Department of Education’s fall growth assessments in reading and math. At Stony Point, these dates are as follows:
- Thursday September 7: Math fall growth assessment
- Friday September 8: Reading fall growth assessment
Please do your best to ensure that students are present and on time on these days, as testing will take place first thing in the morning. No preparation is necessary for these assessments, but we encourage a good nights sleep so that students can do their best!
