Issues with Eviction
Governor Gavin Newsom issued an executive order that authorizes local governments to pause evictions for renters through May 31, 2020. Tenants who are having issues may call the Fair Housing Council of Riverside County at 1-800-655-1812. Callers will receive a call back within 24 hours.
United Lift
- A rental assistance program coordinated between Riverside County, Inland SoCal United Way and Lift to Rise. All residents who can document a financial impact related to Covid-19 are eligible for $3,500 in rental assistance, regardless if their income level.

Food Assistance
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), children who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals at school will get extra food benefits. These food benefits are called Pandemic EBT or P-EBT benefits. P-EBT benefits help families in California buy food when schools are closed because of the coronavirus emergency. Pandemic EBT
PEBT Extension - California was approved to provide additional P-EBT benefits to children who already received P-EBT benefits for the month of August and September 2020. Club Hope provides academic and social-emotional support for students and their families who are experiencing homelessness and/or lack fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence. Cassandra Willis is the new homeless liaison overseeing students who qualify for this special program.

CNUSD Community Volunteer Tutoring Services
Our Community Volunteer Tutor program, a part of Club Hope, is a FREE one-on-one ZOOM tutoring program. We utilize adult members of our community, retired teachers, and Medical School students who wish to support our Corona/Norco/Eastvale community. All tutors have been through a background check and training.

California State Law requires that proof of immunizations be provided at the time of enrollment in school. If a physician is refusing to see a child for a well-child checkup there are other avenues for the child to get vaccinations. Many local pharmacies will take insurance and/or cash payment for vaccinations. County public health clinics are open and will administer vaccinations. There are multiple clinics also available for immunizations.
