Coming Soon: Ash Wednesday, Valentine's Day, and Buddy Day
This year Ash Wednesday falls on Valentine's Day. We will celebrate our next school mass at 9am on February 14th led by our 4th grade class. All are invited to attend and begin the Lenten season with us.
As a result of Ash Wednesday and Valentine's Day falling on the same day we will save our Valentine celebrations for Thursday February 15th. This will also be a "Buddy Day!" Please see below for more information. Students will exchange valentines and have their class parties per each homeroom teacher's directions and then we will gather with our buddies in the afternoon for a prayer service and service project to reach out with love to our homebound parishioners and those in local nursing homes. I am looking forward to this celebration with our students!
Thank you from the Patrician Society!
Thank you to everyone at St. Katharine's for your recent donation of sandwiches, food, toiletry bags, and snack bags to benefit families who utilize our Emergency Food Cupboard.
We work year-round with more than 2,000 needy families and all of our resources are provided by generous donors such as yourselves. We greatly appreciate the involvement of our friends at Saint Katharine's in our mission to help our less fortunate neighbors.
