Falcon Flyer
Belong. Inspire. Grow.
Straight from the Hardt
Hello Ridgeline Families- We are all excited to be gearing up for “Year 2” here at Ridgeline High! What a difference a year makes and, I gotta say, I’m very proud of the foundation established by our school community through our first year. We have a great deal to be thankful for and the stage has been set for us to get off to a great start this year! While we’ve worked through many of the kinks of opening a new school, we are still in a “new school” cycle. We hired over 25 new staff for the coming year and will be adding over 400 incoming freshman to our student body, taking our total enrollment to around 1350. That increase is equivalent to opening a new elementary school in our district, so it will certainly bring us some new challenges! We’re up for the task and the support from you, our community, has been outstanding and will help carry us again this year.
The Falcon Flyer is our weekly communication where you can find everything you need to know about coming events and celebrations throughout the previous week. We will do our best to get information to you prior to our first day so you and our students are confident and ready to go. This issue has important information for office hours, athletics, senior portraits, and useful general info. Each week some information will remain until events/timelines have passed, but read every week as new information is added. Tessa has set it up nicely to quickly scroll through and catch what you need to know in just a few minutes. Join our other social media platforms listed in the flyer to get more frequent access to all things Ridgeline!
I’m dedicating this year to our first senior group, the Class of 2023! Their graduation is history in the making for them and for Ridgeline, and is an extremely important milestone in establishing our culture of growth and belonging to something special.
Make it a great year! –Mr. Hardt
