Junior High News
With a short week next week we would like to wish you and your family a fantastic Holiday break. A few upcoming reminders this week.
- Winter Break will be from Dec. 21 - Jan. 2 Classes resume Wednesday January 3rd
- We do not have an activity bus available on Wednesday Dec. 20
- 2 Hour early dismissal on Wednesday Dec. 20
- Academic grades and Lancer Way scores have been added to Infinite Campus for your review.
While we are on break, please remember to have a wonderful winter holiday with family and friends and take a moment to reflect on your year here at NSJH. We will see everyone back in January with new goals and a fresh start to the second semester.

Winter Activities will begin JANUARY 3rd when we return from break. If you have not done so already please click the link below to sign up on BOUND for the following sports:

NS Junior High Track Camp
What:
A track and field camp teaching the basics of speed, hurdles, or throws.
The speed camp will focus on warming up properly, sprint form, and drills to help you be more explosive!
The hurdle camp will also focus on speed but is geared towards both beginner and more advanced hurdlers.
*NEW* The throws camp will focus on both shot put and discus and drills to improve form.
The high school girls and boys staff will be there to help you improve!
When: All camps will be held from 3:30 to 4:45 pm
Who:
Any North Scott Junior High student (boy or girl). If you are out for a school sport (boys basketball, girls wrestling, swimming) during this time, this is NOT for you.
Where:
On the turf in the North Scott Hitting Facility (located next to the HS baseball field). Students will have access to ride the activity bus home. Students can ride the afterschool bus from the JH to the HS and walk the rest of the way.
Cost: $40 (camp t-shirt is included)

Transportation Information
Bussing information will be loaded into your transportation information listed in Infinite Campus. Any questions or changes to your student's transportation should be directed to our transportation office at 563-285-9801.
