Please do not drop your child(ren) off before 8:10 or if you do please have them wait in the car with you. There is no supervision prior to 8:10 when our front doors open. We care about the safety of all students and appreciate your help with this matter.

Every year the National Education Association promotes Read Across America week to help motivate kids to read and experience the joy of reading!

At Sato we are excited for a week of celebrating reading! In the classrooms we are encouraging the following themes as teachers read to students (please feel free to join in at home as well!):

• Mystery Monday - enjoy a mystery book!
• Travel Tuesday - explore the world through a book that takes you somewhere you've never been!
• Whimsical Wednesday - enjoy a fantasy book full of whimsy and wonder
• Tall Tale Thursday - Fairy tales, mythology and lore, oh my!

We will culminate this week long celebration with our second annual Parad of Books! See below for details!!

Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Want to be more involved in the school? Looking for a way to use your professional skills? Would you like to see more events or have ideas for the school? The SECO executive board needs you!
