GCA Family,

We are nearing the conclusion of the school year, so this newsletter has a lot of the information you need to be able to end the year well. There are a lot of events coming up, so make sure you are staying informed so you can be involved.

Here are a few highlights from this week:

• ALL READING MONTH GOALS MET. We are wrapping up reading month with our elementary students and every class has reached their goal. Great job, Crusaders!
• TRISTATE COMPETITION A SUCCESS. Gateway's high school students were in Goldsboro, NC last week competing in music, arts, academics, platform, and athletic events. Our students did a wonderful job, winning 18 different events while placing and receiving superior ratings in many more.
• SENIOR SERVICE TRIP UNDERWAY. The class of 2024 is in the US Virgin Islands serving with a Christian School and Christian youth camp on St. Croix. Pray for them as they serve others and have fun on a Caribbean island. They will return next Wednesday.

GCA's Junior class will be honoring this year's graduates at the annual school formal.

Final Exams | Monday, May 20-22

6th-12th grade students will take final exams on these days. An exam schedule will be sent out soon.

Kindergarten Graduation | Tuesday, May 21

6:00 Join us in the GCA Cafeteria for the kindergarten program and graduation ceremony

Teacher Work Day | Thursday, May 23

There will be no school as GCA staff completes final report cards and transcripts

Final Day of School and High School Graduation | Friday, May 24
