Principal's Note
Dear Meadow View Elementary School Community,
This year, we're excited to announce that Meadow View Elementary School will be celebrating the MV Fall Festival tonight, October 27th, from 6-8 pm. Students and their families are welcome to wear their costumes and join in the festive spirit at this special event. The School Community Organization (SCO), parents, and MV staff are teaming up to prepare games, and a DJ will be playing music to make it a memorable evening. Please note that students need to be accompanied by caregivers at all times during the event.
A friendly reminder that on October 31st during school hours, students will not be allowed to wear costumes or share candy.
Should you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Mrs. Bell
Meadow View Principal
Día de los Muertos
Yesterday, Meadow View Students celebrated the vibrant holiday of Dia de los Muertos! They learned a little bit about the traditions, music, and food of Mexico and other countries that celebrate this holiday. Then, they made tissue paper flowers and created classroom Calavera displays. Students and teachers had fun learning about another country's cultural traditions.
