Staffing Updates
We've had three of our staff members taking the next steps in their lives; we're thankful for their time in Romeo and wish them the best. Of course, these individuals will need to be replaced and we've been fortunate to have found some wonderful people to join our staff:
- Mrs. Katherine Ellerbrock (Social Studies): Mrs. Ellerbrock is a Romeo resident and parent who will be coming to us from Lakeview. Mrs. Ellerbrock brings a tremendous amount of skill and experience and will be wonderful addition and asset to our school. She will be joining us starting second semester
- Mr. Luke Heide (PE/Health): Mr. Heide recently graduated and received his teaching certificate, so Romeo will be his first full time teaching assignment. Mr. Heide comes highly recommended and we're looking forward to have him on our staff. Mr. Heide will also start with us second semester
- Mrs. Sarah Pile and Mr. Evan Pile (EMT) - Mrs. Pile was our EMT teachers for many years and moved to the college level of teaching two years ago. Mrs. Pile, and her husband Mr. Pile, will be teaching our EMT class for the remainder of the school year. We're thankful to have them back for the remainder of this year.
Educational Tours - Costa Rica
Anyone interested in more information about the educational tour to Costa Rica in August of 2024, please see the attached flyer. There will also be an informational meeting on December 14th at 6:30 pm at RHS in room A217. This is a wonderful travel opportunity for 9-12 grade students.
