February 2024
Kewaskum High School Mission and Vision:
The vision of Kewaskum High School is to become the model high school for job-force driven programming and universal graduate success.
Message from the Principal
Welcome to February, everyone! We hope that your families are doing well as we continue our trek through the winter months.
Our thanks to everyone who participated in parent-teacher conferences on January 18. We have four weeks of trimester two remaining (amazing), so it's important for all of our students to finish strong. As always, parents can email/call teachers at any time - we are here to help ensure the success of our students.
We continue to ramp up for assessment season as we move toward the end of the second trimester. Juniors will continue to participate in ACT preparation every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during Morning 30 through February 15. The ACT test will take place on March 13 at KHS. On this day, only juniors will report to school - grades 9, 10, and 12 will participate in a virtual format to ensure an optimal testing environment at KHS. Stay tuned for details as March approaches.
Amazingly, the winter sport season will soon be drawing to a close. We invite you to check out the athletics calendar and take in a contest or two before the end of the season. Our student-athletes... and those that support them from the stands... have a lot to celebrate this season.
Be well,
Scott Stier - KHS Principal
