Camp members will receive instruction on becoming a better athlete/runner from Buchanan and Alta Sierra Track and Cross Country Coaching Staff, Athletes and a Run the Race Camp t-shirt.

Buchanan general volleyball camp for both boys and Girls Grades 2-8
Athletes will learn all techniques in a progressive manner. Staff technique demonstrations and quality skill instruction will include serving, passing, setting, attacking, and backcourt defense. This camp takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it together in by fun competition and play.

Day 1• Setting – June 26th:
This clinic will break down every component of setting. It will progress through hand positioning, footwork, posture, release, location, tempo, dumping, and court awareness.
Day 1 • Attacking – June 26:
This clinic will break down attacking. It will address the ready position, approach, footwork, arm swing mechanics, hand contact, shot selection and execution. If you're going to hit the ball, hit the ball hard!!
Day 2• Serve, Pass, & Dig – June 27:
This clinic will provide proper techniques for serving while presenting tips and strategies to make you an effective threat from behind the service line. Additionally, this clinic will progress through the fundamentals of passing & digging. Can’t play volleyball without the pass or defense!

Alta Sierra Intermediate school is offering a 3 day football camp for all INCOMING 4th-8th graders to help teach and prepare all campers to become Alta Sierra Bruins and Buchanan Bear football players. This camp is designed to teach proper fundamentals and techniques to all kids in that age group. Working collaboratively with Buchanan High School varsity football coaches, all campers will learn and work on the same fundamentals and techniques that all Buchanan football players practice daily.

Buchanan High School is offering a football camp for current 8th graders transition to 9th grade student-athletes to prepare for the upcoming season. This camp is designed to teach specific techniques and schemes, and build team chemistry. The football program wishes to build off the previous year's success and develop a positive winning culture that is constant for years to come. Every player’s participation in this camp is essential for building a championship culture in both the weight room and on the field.
