Humanities' annual field trip to Memorial Art Gallery and Nazareth University
Humanities' annual field trip to Memorial Art Gallery and Nazareth University was on Wednesday. Over 30 students "learned to look" and honed their art analysis and research skills throughout the day. Students were fortunate enough to hear a warm-up on the museum's renowned baroque organ at MAG and combed the stacks and digital databases at Naz for information on their chosen artists. While at Naz, several students were complimented and given surprise Valentine's candy by the university's president, Dr. Paul. Humanities teachers Mr. Colleluori and Mrs. Law, as well as our Librarian Mrs. Strege chaperoned the trip and were so impressed by the students' engagement at both institutions.
