After School Pickup Guildelines
We kindly request your cooperation with our after-school pickup procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. - Remember, we have supervision for students who are pick up until 3:40 - you don't need to arrive at 3:15, staggering your pick up time will help with some of the back ups.
Please pull up as far as possible to prevent traffic from backing up onto the highway and allow the line to move smoothly. Often times our staff is in the lot directing you when to move forward, so please keep an eye out for their signals. Cones will be placed to indicate where the first car in line should stop.
If you plan to exit your car to pick up your child, please park and proceed to the designated pickup area. We often experience delays when children are loaded into cars in the middle of the line, causing backups.
We provide supervision until 3:40 PM in the designated pickup areas. If you can pick up your child before 3:40 PM, please inform their teacher so they can be car pick up rather than go to after-school care.
Our top priority is ensuring the safety of our students, staff, and families during pickup and drop-off. We kindly ask that you follow our guidelines to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
SCHOOL FEES
We have the ability for parents to pay for school registration fees, athletic/activity fees, lunch/milk, and daycare online.
Your school fees have been “billed to your account”. To pay, log into Skyward, click on the Fee Management tab, you will see the school fees listed, click on Make a Payment (if you have more than one child, you can do this with any of them), this will take you to another site where you will see your Food Service balance as well as the required fees due. Click Add to Cart, do this for each of the fees if you have more than one child. You will also see Optional Fees, this is where you would select Athletic/Activities Fees. Once you have everything added to your cart, you can Checkout. Please note, there is a service fee for using this service.
If you would like to write a check for your fees, please stop in the front office for a printed School Fee's form.
SCHOOL PICTURES COMING SOON
You can complete any purchases for photo prints and specialty products right online!
LET'S SOLVE THE TISSUE ISSUE
Last year, Erin School ran into the issue of always needing more and more tissues. This year, we would like to get ahead of it and we are asking for each student to please provide 1 tissue box for his/her classroom.
Also, our 4K-2nd grade classrooms could use some unscented baby wipes with students quick clean ups.
We greatly appreciate it!
Bless you!
CONSTRUCTION COMING - SET YOUR ALARMS EARLY
If you travel STH 83 between STH 167 and Monroe Ave, please be advised that the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will begin construction on Tuesday, September 12th, with hopes to be finished with phase 1 around mid-November.
Please see the attached map for further details.

Let's make this a great year! Go Roadrunners!
FITNESS FRIDAY - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Our Erin School Fitness Friday will take place on Friday, September 22nd from 1:00 – 3:05pm. For those of you that have not experienced Fitness Friday, it is an afternoon filled with movement, mentoring, healthy snacks, and lots of fun fitness challenges. We have many local businesses that partner with our school for this event. I have attached last year’s challenge sheet to help explain the event.
We need a lot of parent helpers to make this event a success. Your job would be to simply help supervise a station and encourage the students as they work on the fitness challenges. Please sign up using this link if you can assist!
