Haddonfield School District/Adler's Pharmacy In-District COVID Vaccination Clinic

  • Please note the date changes from the original notice. The new dates for this clinic are Wednesday, August 11 for the first dose, and Wednesday, September 1 for the second dose.
  • The Pfizer vaccine will be administered.
  • You MUST pre-register. Visit the Adler's Pharmacy website. Then click the image at the bottom of the page, "COVID-10 Vaccine Information." Next, click "Haddonfield Memorial High School, and follow the registration prompts/questions.
  • Once registered, you will receive a follow-up notice from Adler's before August 11.
  • This is being held in the HMHS Cafeteria. Please enter HMHS at the Sylvan Lake entrance. The main entrance to the school will not be accessible.
  • This opportunity is open to any individual eligible to receive the COVID vaccine.

COVID-19 Protocols for the 2021-22 School Year

Information concerning the COVID-19 protocols for the 2021-22 school year (e.g. masking, lunch service, etc.) will be formally shared at the August 26 BOE meeting. District officials are currently meeting with County officials and HSD's medical team to finalize practices and protocols in light of the ever-changing guidance. Plans will be sent to families in the days leading up to the 8/26 meeting.
