Findley Elementary School
April 15, 2022
Message from the Principal
Findley Community~
Happy Friday! I hope everyone is enjoying the extra two days with your kiddos this week. Our teachers and staff have used this time to grow our learning around anti-bias, anti-racist practices and learning opportunities. Additionally, teachers have had time to review student learning and individual progress, and plan for the final nine weeks of school.
As we begin to wrap up this year, we are already thinking about next year. Our Parent Input Form will be accepting responses through June 1st. Families, if there is anything you'd like to share with us about your child as we create next year's classes, now is time to share that with us.
As we enter this time of year, we are looking forward to all our in person events. I'm crossing my fingers that the weather cooperates, and that our Beautification Day is dry, sunny and warm. Hope to see you there!
One event not listed below, I'd like share with you, is the April 25, School Board Meeting. Each month, two school principals are invited to share a school report to the school board. This month, it's our turn! Also, this is the first in person board meeting since February of 2020. I'd love to see some of our Findley Community in attendance, if folks are able. Thank you for considering.
Have a great weekend~
Sherry Marsh, Ed.D.
