After Thanksgiving Break Counselors will begin meeting with sophomores to review and revise student's Personal Graduation Plans (PGPs). To plan for theses upcoming meeting we encourage parent and students to look over our Course Catalog and Course Selection Sheets. See links below:

Please inform your counselor by emailing or bringing your acceptance/scholarship letter to the Counseling Office O-100.

#1 Speak Directly to the Teacher

All students are encouraged to express their concerns directly to the teacher. If you as a parent are concerned about an issue involving your child's education, classroom experience, or grade go right to the source and contact the teacher. Staff emails are found on Parent Ascender or Clemen's website.

Teachers make every effort to get back to you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 24 hours. Please be patient. If you do not receive a return email or call within 24 hours, try again. After that, proceed to the next step.

#2: Counselors

If you have not heard back from the teacher in a reasonable amount of time, contact the counseling department.

If you wish to discuss specific academic or social-emotional concerns, contact the counseling department. **Please note that counselors do not handle any discipline-related issues or teacher complaints. For those issues contact your child's AP.

#3: Assistant Principals

If the issue is still a concern, you may contact your child's assistant principal.
