Other things to remember about teeth...
• Brush your teeth at least twice a day at home • Floss your teeth everyday
Visit a dentist regularly for a routine check-up and cleaning Change your tooth brush often, especially after an illness
Lifelong habits begin at home so please make dental health a part of your daily routine! Smile!
A few other reminders...
If your child has asthma, please have your doctor send an asthma care plan to the school. I cannot treat your child’s asthma, even if he or she has an inhaler at school, without a doctor’s order.
If your child needs any medication at school I need a doctor’s order for this. The prescription label on the medication is not enough. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
To sign your child up for weekly COIVD-19 testing please visit
https://sites.google.com/center.k12.co.us/schoolnursecorner/covid-testing/serial- testing?authuser=0 and complete the consent form.
Learning hand hygiene early helps make it a lifelong healthy habit. CDC’s new Clean Hands and Spaces online training shares key information and resources to promote healthy hygiene habits in any education setting.
Take the training at https://www.train.org/cdctrain/course/1100489/

INFINITE CAMPUS
Hello everyone-
I wanted to write a quick note to all parents/guardians on the importance of Infinite Campus. Infinite Campus is used at our school for many things. On Infinite Campus you can check on your students attendance, behavior, grades, tardies and credits towards graduation. In a world where technology is used for many things, Infinite Campus can be used to guide your students education towards a solid foundation for life and work toward their diploma and graduation.
I will say that our school has a vision to increase every students knowledge at CHS. We want to incorporate many skills into students can use in the future. We hear from our local colleges that our Center High School students come to them prepared with many educational skills.
We strive to make their high school experience fun, energetic and a learning opportunity. Please help us hold your child accountable by checking Infinite Campus.
Put it on your computer or phone as a reminder.
This helps us instill the required work and attendance it takes for a diploma. I would like to emphasize that many of our students are doing all the right things towards graduation. Take a minute to look at Infinite Campus and see the amazing things your child is doing. Thanks them if they are keeping up!
Please do not hesitate to call us at the school if you cannot access Infinite Campus. 719-754-2232 and talk to Debra or Rosa.
Thanks-
Mr. Jones
HS Principal
