We look forward to connecting with you this year! Below you will find information on various communication tools that the District uses throughout the year to connect with our families, staff and the community.

• Utilize via computer and/or download the Powerschool app
• There is a link on the homepage of the district website.

All Powerschool forms can be translated into Spanish. Log into the parent portal. Select Forms from the left navigation menu. Click on the gear on the right of the screen the preferences pop up appears. Under User Select Language select Spanish and Save. Other language translation options may be available in the future.

Look for our weekly digital newsletter in your email every Thursday during the school year! Each edition contains valuable information including upcoming events and calendar, District news, accolades, student achievement, and glimpses into daily activities in our schools.

Each newsletter can be translated into many different languages. Click on Translate in the upper right corner.

The District Calendar of Events, located on the District Website, is now a Google Calendar! Add it to your own personal calendar, and stay up to date on all of the district events!

Notification Service via phone, email and text used by the District to send general messages, emergency messages, school closings, etc.

Student contact information in School Messenger is populated by the student registration information contained in PowerSchool. Parents must continue to notify their children’s school office of any changes to email or phone numbers.

• You may update your preferences and select what type of messages to receive for each phone number and email on the account where applicable. To do so, create an account via schoolmessenger.com/start using the email address on file with the school.

• Download the free SchoolMessenger app which is a quick way to see all the messages you have received!

• We are working on language translation options for School Messenger based on the preferred language selected during Registration on PowerSchool.
