Today's Activity: Colours
Today's activities are about colours.
Here are some ideas:
1: My favourite colour
Choose your favourite colour and see how many different things you can find at home with the same colour. Explain what you find with Chatta.
2: Name your own colours
Pick some colours you like. Imagine you are making a new range of paint. Give your colours a name and use Chatta to say what is special about them.
If you want to turn any of them into a piece of writing - go for it (but you don't have to!)
Activity for younger children:
Colour racing!
Take strips of kitchen roll and add, using felt tips, coloured dots near the end. Dip into a little water and watch the colours spread out. Make it a race to see which colour goes furthest or simply watch as they move up the paper.Take a few photos and make a Chatta board about it later.
