Starting Monday 9/12, the library will no longer loan out chromebooks/chargers to students.
You can get a replacement if yours is broken or having issues but coming to school without one and checking one out for the day is no longer an option
Students can come up to the library to charge their chromebooks at our "Chromebook Portable Charging Station" located at the librarian's desk.

Hello parents of 12th graders! College application season is upon us! All 4 LHS counselors will be in 12th grade English classes Sept 12-16th to present helpful information on senior year, grad requirements, transcripts, and the college application process. We are also happy to announce two parent nights for you to get valuable information on and learn about the timelines, tasks, and to do's for the college application and financial aid process:
Senior Parent Night is Thursday, October 15th at 6:30pm in the Rotunda

Financial Aid Night is Tuesday, October 20th at 6:30 pm in the Rotunda

9/11/2022 - PAC WEEKLY UPDATE
What a great start to our Pacer fall athletic season! With high school and youth fall sports in full swing, it is great to see that our students have benefited directly from PAC efforts over this past year. And how about sitting under that fabulous stadium?

2022/2023, we are already on the move! We are using your registration donations to help our Pacer teams with equipment. Each season we reach out to coaches and ask them what they need to run a successful program.
WHAT’S NEXT? Be on the lookout for our next big community fundraising event. This event aims to help raise funds to upgrade the LHS locker rooms used by all students at Lakeridge High School!

Parking On Campus
On Campus/LDS Parking Permits have been assigned to all of those who applied in the spring. JJ Elske will reach out to students on the waitlist when/if spots become available. Because of the large enrollment of the senior class, parking is not offered to juniors this year. If a student does not have a parking permit to park in one of the lots:
EVERY numbered spot is a reserved staff/student spot from 7:15am to 3:30pm. If you do not have a parking permit please: Get to campus early to park on the street in front of the school Get to campus early and park at Hazelia and walk 10 min to campus Get to campus early and park respectfully on side streets 10 feet AWAY from driveways, crosswalks, mailboxes and fire hydrants and plan to walk 10 minutes to campus only in neighborhoods where parking is permitted. Cloverleaf is a NO parking zone! There is no parking in the LDS church lot without a permit. On Campus parking spaces MAY look open but students have late arrival, cadet teaching, work and come to school at different times during the day. Do NOT park in an on campus spot if it has not been assigned to you. Parking tickets will be given to students who do not abide by school rules regarding parking.
Class of 2024 Sign Up to take the PSAT
Students may now sign up to take the PSAT/NMSQT at Lake Oswego High School on Saturday, Oct. 15.
It's time to sign up for the PSAT/NMSQT for any junior (or sophomore*) student that is interested. The PSAT/NMSQT will be given on October 15, 2021, at 8:30 am at Lake Oswego High School.
There is a $20 fee for our students to take the test. We will prioritize testing juniors this year. *As space allows, we may have space for some sophomores. You must sign up in advance (deadline 9/30) by filling out the Google form: PSAT Signup
PSAT Payment $20 can be paid here or at the bookkeeper’s window at LHS.
Sophomores SHOULD NOT PAY the $20 fee until they have been confirmed that a test will be available for them. Sign up now and you will be notified by email.
What is the PSAT test?
The PSAT/NMSQT - Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test is a standardized test administered by the College Board and cosponsored by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation in the United States. It is a good practice test for the SAT. The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) measures what you're learning in school, determines if you're on track, and opens doors for opportunities to prepare and pay for college.
The PSAT/NMSQT has three tests: the Reading Test, the Writing and Language Test, and the Math Test. Test length is about 2 hours 45 minutes.
Reporting An Incident
Parents-guardians who have concerns about a student’s well-being are encouraged to reach out to their principal, and to maintain strong lines of communication and partnership between students, families, staff, and other resources. SafeOregon is also an effective way to report a tip regarding safety threats or potential acts of violence to our students or schools. Students should also be aware that intentionally providing a false report is a serious offense. https://www.safeoregon.com/
