College now and Say YES

For more than 50 years, College Now Greater Cleveland (“College Now”), formerly Cleveland

Scholarship Programs, has helped students pursue educational opportunities that empower them

to embark on rewarding careers and strengthen our community. College Now paves the way for

high school students and adult learners to prepare for, finance and graduate from college through

college and career access and success advising, financial aid counseling and scholarship

services. They are a national leader and model for other college access organizations, and are

the only organization of their kind with advisors staffed in Greater Cleveland schools throughout

the academic year. Each year, advisors serve more than 30,000 traditional students and

adult learners in schools, in the College Now Resource Center and through community-based

programs. Additionally, College Now helps offset the cost of college tuition by awarding about

$2.7 million in renewable, need-based, last dollar scholarships to students across Greater

Cleveland annually. Their commitment to create a college-going culture is an investment in the

economic growth and vitality of Greater Cleveland.

This program will provide students with college and career research skills centered around various different meta-majors as well as an all-expenses paid trip to celebrate the end of the session! Xplore sessions are 3 weeks long followed by a 4-day long trip.
