About Us

Carthage Classical Academy is an American international school tucked away in a small suburb of Tunisia's capital. We were founded in 2014 primarily as a school for expatriate families as well as national students seeking English-language instruction. At CCA we desire to cultivate global leaders and moral thinkers who will one day shape the culture around them. We are excited about the strategic international and local impact we are able to have as we guide and nurture our students.

We enter into each hiring season seeking those who are highly motivated and passionate about teaching. The primary responsibility of our teachers is to carry out professional duties within assigned classes, facilitate the overall management of the class, and ensure the safety and welfare of the students, all while promoting the mission, vision and core values of the school. More specifically, we are looking for teachers with the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of successful teaching experience
Master’s Degree in Education or related field
Understanding of Aero Standards
Experience with English Language Learners

Effectively collaborates with colleagues
Demonstrates effective communication skills
