AVID CLUB
AVID Club is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Please join us to make important decisions about AVID. See Ms. Jaime during 1st lunch. See Mr. Morgan during second lunch.
SMAART
Starting next week, Young Visionaries present Motivating African Americans through Resiliency Training (SMAART) Program.
The purpose of the SMAART Program is to enhance the academic performance of students by addressing their socio-emotional needs. Students will receive mentoring from professionals, learn career opportunities and gain strategies on how to achieve their goals.

San Bernardino Valley College
Are you interested in taking college courses during your time in high school? Classes start in January, 2022. 9th,10th or 11th grade students with a 2.0 or higher are eligible to sign up, if you are interested go see your counselor.

National Native American (First Nations) Heritage Month
National Family Literacy Month
This month, get the whole family snuggled up on the couch and open up a good book. Reading helps with vocabulary, writing skills, attention span, memory, and teaches us about other times and places.

Group Counseling
We offer several support groups, that are offered right here on campus in the Wellness Center, E115. We offer support for all students that may be experiencing Grief and Loss, dealing with Self Identity, Anger Management, Support for LGBTQ+, Anxiety and Stress, and Empowerment groups, just to name a few.
