The Spencer Loomis Picture Day is scheduled is tomorrow: Tuesday, August 31st. Parents are not required to order pictures. Please know, no paper order forms will be sent out. Information for online prepay orders is below. After clicking on this link, please follow the steps outlined below:

• Enter online code 61120B and select "Next"
• Is this for Spencer Loomis? Select “yes”
  
• Enter your child's first name, last name, teacher's name and grade. Then, select "Add"
• After confirming the information you entered, select "Continue".
• A screen will appear with the following: Today you Are you ordering for: “your child’s name”? Select continue again and you are ready to place on online order.

Symptom Monitoring

We want to take this opportunity to provide a reminder that while the District is currently not requiring a daily health screener, all students, families, and staff members must remember that regular symptom monitoring is an important mitigation strategy to maintain the ability to continue in-person instruction. As such, please remember that students and staff who are not feeling well CANNOT attend school, and families MUST report their symptoms to their school health office. In addition, siblings or family members of ill or symptomatic students CANNOT attend school until the symptomatic student has been cleared by the school nurse, which may include a negative COVID test.

COVID Information Update

We also want to share some updates as it relates to communicating our COVID-related information to our school communities. This year, we have updated our website to report weekly COVID information by school/District office (rather than cumulative COVID information). Families and staff members can see updated information HERE, which is updated weekly on Fridays.

Based on feedback from parents, students, and staff, we have made some updates to the school and district webpages that makes helpful information more easily accessible.
