What an amazing year

Year one is coming to a close and I can't help but look back at all that we accomplished this year. We built this amazing school in just 6 short months and had students in the classrooms just 3 short days after receiving the keys to the building, kept all of our students in class during COVID-19, and provided our students with a wonderful educational experience under the constraints of operating under a pandemic. I want to thank each and everyone of you for hanging in there and supporting us in our opening year; we are looking forward to sharing many more years with you as part of our HCC Family!

End of Year Events

June 3: Early Release Day--All students dismissed at 12:30


June 6: 8th grade graduation @ 3:30 PM, celebration for 8th graders to follow.


June 9: Student BBQ- all students will be served a hotdog, chips and shaved ice. Please send your child with water and a snack. If you'd like to help as a parent volunteer please click here.


June 9: Reports cards, ISAT test scores and yearbooks will be sent home. (If you did not purchase a yearbooks there are a few extras...first come, first serve. Contact the office for info.)


June 10: Crew Olympics- Students dismissed at 12:30. (bring a towel, as some of the activities involve water.) We still need items to make this event a success. Please click here to sign up to bring supplies.

Club Advisor Survey

We would love to offer after school clubs next school year. Based upon the feedback we received from our interest survey, we have come up a list of possible clubs for next school year. Here's where you can help. If interested in being an advisor or co-advisor to one of our clubs, please take a moment to click here and complete this survey.

Preparing for next year

Summer Office Hours: Monday's 9:00-12:00


We will email everyone when enrollment packets and supply lists are available and you may pick them up in the school office during summer office hours.


We will be holding our Back to School Night/ Open House on Thursday, August 26th from 5:30-7:30, more information will be sent out the first week in August.


Parent information nights, such as Literacy Nights, Math Nights, and Mastery Based Learning Nights will be held in September.

Join the Board of Directors!

We are seeking candidates for an open HCC School Board Position.

We would love to have a parent who is invested in helping us make decisions that will impact students and continue the growth of the school, so we are asking parents before we go out to the community to fill the position.
