If Your Child Pickup Plans Change

Please contact the office before NOON, if your designated transportation plans change. Call 503-824-3536 or send a note to school with your child.

Class Picture Day

Spring Group Class Picture Day will be held on Wednesday, April 26. Pictures will be done first thing in the morning, so make sure your student is to school on time. Flyers will be sent home next week.

Lunch Menu
On days with a 2 or 3 hour delay, please make sure that your child eats before coming to
school, as breakfast is not served.
When Your Child is Sick
We appreciate your efforts in helping to minimize the spread of germs by monitoring your child for these symptoms before sending them to school.

Student Medications and Health Issues

Friendly Reminder: All medication (over-the-counter and prescribed) needs to be transported to school by a parent, and medication authorization forms must be filled out before office staff can administer medication. The medication both prescribed and over the counter should be in the original packaging, and can only be given as directed by the prescribing physician or medication label.
Colton Preschool
Colton Preschool still has spots available for this school year. Preschool is free to those that
qualify. See the attached link to our district website for more information. Please make sure
you fill out both applications.

Spring Book Fair

Thank you for supporting our Book Fair, which is a fundraiser for our library! We were able to keep 50% of our sales to buy books! Our sales totaled $4977 and we will get to keep half ($2488) to spend on books. Mrs. Wagner bought 66 books right off the Book Fair shelves. Next week she will buy a set of 52 books about each state, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico and and a set of Greek Mythology books. Thank you for your support!

Bevery Cleary Children's Choice Award (BCCCA) K-3

Over the the last few months some of our Kindergarten through 3rd grade students have been reading 2 or more of the five BCCCA nominee books. Our students voted on Monday! We are awaiting the results from votes across Oregon and the United States! The winning book will be honored as the Beverly Cleary Children's Choice Award 2023!

Jr Vikings Baseball & Softball

Jr Vikings Baseball and Softball are selling hanging baskets to support the spring baseball and soccer program. If your interested in purchasing a 12” hanging basket for $25.
