Important Dates this Week:
Monday:
- Movie Field Trip PK-4th: Leaving at 8:45, snack and drink are provided, DO NOT send money, pick up by 10:30, no backpacks! We will be watching Paddington in Peru.
- Movie Field Trip 5th-11th: Leave at 12:30, bring money for concession (ticket is covered!), pick up in town by 3:30. Students who can legally drive must send a note from a parent to Mrs. Therwhanger that gives them permission to drive to the movies - No note, RIDE THE BUS! Students will NOT be allowed to ride with other students, no exceptions. We will be watching Thunderbolts. It is rated PG-13. If you would prefer for your child not to watch this movie, you may pick them up at school at 12:30, with no attendance penalty.
- PJ & Hat Day for $1 each
- FFA: Area 2 Convention at ASU
- Science Spectrum Field Trip PK-6th: Leaving at 8:30, BRING A SACK LUNCH WITH A DRINK, do not send extra money, no backpacks! A bottle of water and snack will be provided for the ride home.
- Field Day PK-4th at 10:15; pizza provided for lunch. Parents are welcome to attend and watch the festivities, if you'd like! We will finish with our 2nd Annual Cougar Color Run, so wear your field day shirt!
- Powder Puff Football Game (High School) at 1:00 on the football field
Thursday:
- LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
- 9:00 PK-2nd Spring Program
- 9:30 Pre-K Certificates
- 10:00 Kinder Graduation
- 10:30 EOY Awards/UIL Awards 1st-8th
- 11:30 Graduation Practice for Seniors
- 12:30 SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!!!
- Letha Leonard's Retirement Party on Friday, May 16th in the Klondike ISD Library at 10:00 am! Please come show your appreciation to our "Most Amazing Art Teacher" for her 21 years of service to Klondike!
- Klondike Graduation: 2:00 pm in the auditorium
