White Elementary Families,
We are so excited to welcome you to the 23-24 school year. We hope that you all had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to all of the new learning opportunities for this school year. We hope to see you on Wednesday, August 2nd for our Meet the Teacher event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This is a great opportunity to see your new classroom!
If you are looking for ways to be involved this school year, we strongly encourage you to consider becoming a volunteer. You can volunteer in the classroom, participate in field trips as a chaperone, or help out at our school events. To ensure the safety of our students, each individual who wishes to volunteer at White must first complete a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM. Parent volunteers who have at child attending White do not need to be fingerprinted but will need to complete the VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM. Non-parent volunteers (e.g. Grandparents) who are interested in volunteering at White need to complete the VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM and then will be referred to Human Resources for fingerprinting. We know the HUGE impact volunteers have at White Elementary. If you are available to volunteer, we would love to have you!
Enjoy the last few days of summer vacation. We cannot wait to see you on Thursday, August 3rd for our first day of school. As a reminder, students can be dropped off starting at 7:15 a.m. and our first bell rings at 7:40 a.m. It is going to be a great school year Bulldogs!
