Prayer
A Prayer for Catholic Schools
O Christ, our Teacher, We thank you for the gift of Catholic schools, where the message of your life, death, and resurrection is proclaimed, discipleship is modeled, worship of you is cultivated, and community is experienced.
Increase our zeal for ensuring that all children and families can benefit from an authentic Catholic education, and that Catholic schools grow in their ability to nurture the souls and form the minds of its students for generations to come.
We ask this through the intercession of Our Lady, Mother of Catholic Schools.
Amen
A Note from Mrs. Longden
Starting with Sunday Mass on January 28, we begin National Catholic Schools Week, our annual celebration of what makes education at Holy Trinity Catholic School outstanding. We have a whole week of activities planned to celebrate the community we have built.
The theme for our celebration is “United in Faith and Community.” The theme encompasses the core products and values that can be found in Catholic schools across the country. The theme focuses on key elements of Catholic education: faith development, academic excellence, and dedication to service. These elements set Catholic education apart from other educational options, and this is why families make sacrifices to enroll their children.
We are thankful for the staff, parents, council members, volunteers, parishioners, and supporters who make our school a success. This is a good time to recognize everyone who is dedicated to and serves our school.
Blessings,
Mrs. Longden
Great to be Grateful

Service Project
Dear Families,
As part of our theme this year for Catholic Schools Week: “United in Faith and Community”, we want to show our appreciation to our local service departments: Public Works DPW, Police and Fire Departments. For our service project, Holy Trinity would like to present each of these departments with a gift basket. We are asking families to help contribute to the gift baskets. Please click the SignUp Genius link below to donate. Please have all donations in by TOMORROW - Friday, January 26, 2024. Thank you!!!
Bulletin Boards
Throughout the month of January, Student Council members have been working hard to create 3 bulletin boards in honor of Catholic Schools Week. If you are joining us for Open House on Sunday, please take a moment to check out their boards and vote for your favorite. Board #1 is located on the first floor in between the first grade and kindergarten rooms. Board #2 is located upstairs by the elevator, and Board #3 is located upstairs between the fifth and sixth grade classrooms. There will be voting slips located on the main floor near the office. Please place your vote in the box before you leave and thank you for visiting our school!
