On Wednesday, September 27 Byam will be having their school picture day with O'Connor Studios. Order forms went home with students this week and should be brought back into school on Wednesday if the form is being used. During our Open House we had several questions about the X2 Family Portal. This program is the Chelmsford Public School's information system where families can log into X2 to view address and contact information, attendance, progress reports and report cards.. For families new to the Chelmsford Public Schools, your username and password is emailed out with the subject line "Welcome to the Chelmsford Public Schools Family Portal". The email comes from our system administrator Dong Shin. If you are unable to locate this email, you can submit a help ticket at https://chelmsford.incidentiq.com/guest/TKHNDKXH/parent-support#top. As we referenced at Open House, we will be moving to a double lane on our kindergarten, second and third grade pick up area for all waves. We appreciate your patience as we load students, and then move one lane at a time to safely begin exiting. Below is a diagram of the dismissal traffic flow.

This week the Byam 3R's focus was the 3R of "Respectfulness" in the Classrooms and Specialist Classrooms. Next week the 3R focus will be the 3R of "Respectfulness" at Recess.

Care Solace continues to be available as a free confidential resource for mental health counseling referrals to counseling professionals for anyone in your family. More information and contact number below.
