It's Student Choice on Bulldog Day
On September 27th, Churchill School students attended a learning activity of their choice. Some tried something new. Others participated in something they already love. Among the day’s “electives” were drawing, fitness and yoga, tie-dyeing, math puzzles, recycled poetry, board games, book discussion, and Mr. Carr’s “Show Me the Carr Fax” game show.
Willow Welcomes Wildcats and Loved Ones
Willow School thanks all the parents and other loved ones who attended its open house on September 21st. That school-home connection is so important to our Wildcats’ success, and we loved seeing you! #153everystudenteveryday
James Hart Baseball Regional Champs
Congratulations to the James Hart Baseball Team! They defeated Parker Jr. High on Sept. 20th to earn the regional title. Although our Panthers came up short in the sectionals, it was a great season! #153Proud
Preschoolers Receive Special Visitors
Willow School's preschoolers got the chance to meet and learn about some amazing animals during their "Fun Friday" presentation by Dave DiNaso's Traveling World of Reptiles on September 22nd.

SPECIAL NIGHT FOR CHURCHILL FAMILIES
Students and their families are invited to this in-depth information session about Churchill School's philosophy/approach to teaching and learning, home-school connections. Subjects include interventions (SEL and academic), extension/enrichments, after school clubs, tutoring, assessment tools, grading and school/grade level goals.
Classroom special education, specials, and PE teachers will present news and updates.

ALADDIN, JR., THE JAMES HART FALL MUSICAL
Join Aladdin, Jasmine, and the fast-talking, wisecracking Genie as they discover mystical caves, take magic carpet rides, and outwit the evil sorcerer, Jafar. Adapted especially for young performers, this musical includes favorite Alan Menken songs such as “Friend Like Me,” “A Whole New World,” and “Prince Ali,” as well as wonderful new songs added for the Broadway production.
