Order from Amazon this holiday season, raise money for Madison
As you start to think about all that Christmas shopping you need to do, don’t forget to use AmazonSmile, which will donate back to Madison.
The AmazonSmile program donates 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to Madison PTA. When you shop at smile.amazon.com, you’ll find the exact same low prices, vast selection and convenient shopping experience as Amazon.com, with the added bonus that Amazon will donate a portion of the purchase price. Please support the Madison PTA by starting your shopping at smile.amazon.com. Then search for Madison PTA (Wheaton, IL) and select it to be your charity. Or, get started by clicking here. Once you select Madison PTA as your charity, Amazon will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation.

Support the butterfly garden
Do you have a passion for gardening? Would you like to see a butterfly garden put in at Madison School? The Go Green Committee is considering putting in a pollinator garden that would include native perennials and attract butterflies and other beneficial pollinating insects. The students would learn about how plants grow in the Illinois Prairie landscape and why these plants are important for many insects and birds as well as provide a beautiful garden space.
The garden would require some maintenance over the summer. If you and/or your family would be willing to commit to weeding once or more in the spring or over summer please contact the Go Green Committee at gogreen@madisonschoolpta.org
